The real problem

Your apps already know when something is wrong.

You should not have to discover it by opening six dashboards, reading raw event streams, or waiting for a support ticket.

!
A customer paid but received nothing

The payment succeeded. The AI job failed five minutes later.

$29 at risk
An AI workflow exceeded its budget

Reported spending passed the daily threshold you set.

Overdue

One queue, four kinds of attention

The moments that can change revenue, trust, or cost.

Little Heads Up filters routine activity out and opens a case when a person needs to make a decision.

Revenue

Protect the moments closest to money.

Track successful payments against expected delivery. Open a case when a paid result misses its deadline.

App events + payment context
Reliability

Catch failures customers can actually feel.

Group repeated errors, failed AI jobs, and broken workflows around the people and outcomes affected.

Errors + jobs + delivery
Customer

See where customer actions get stuck.

Track form submissions and actions through explicit success, failure, or a missed completion deadline.

Forms + actions + completion
Cost

Know when spending passes your limit.

Set daily and per-job budgets for costs your app reports. Flag repeated AI calls without confirmed completion.

Estimated costs · alerts do not stop spending

How Little Heads Up works

Connect once. Reuse in every app.

Add the browser collector and send server events from each product. Little Heads Up groups related failures and gives you one place to review them.

1
Send events from your app

Report payments, failures, jobs, form outcomes, and estimated costs. Direct provider connections are not included in the pilot.

2
Little Heads Up connects the context

Related failures become cases. Outcome references connect starts, failures, and completion evidence.

3
Review the evidence and next step

Acknowledge, snooze, or resolve cases in your workspace. Email alerts are not enabled; Slack delivery is not available.

Questions

The short version.

Is Little Heads Up an analytics platform?

No. Little Heads Up uses a small operational event layer, but its job is not to give you more charts. It opens and prioritizes cases when something needs a decision or response.

Do I need to replace the tools I already use?

No. Keep your existing tools and add event reporting to your apps. The pilot uses a browser collector and server events; it does not connect directly to your billing or AI provider accounts.

What data does Little Heads Up need?

Only the normalized fields required to understand and act on an event. Raw prompts, full AI outputs, and unrestricted customer data are not required.

Who is Little Heads Up designed for?

Solo founders, small product teams, and studios that run one or several apps without a dedicated operations team monitoring them all day.

Stop checking every app. Know what needs you.
